2. local tax

The statutory local tax is currently 2.50 euros per person per day of stay and is charged separately. Children up to the age of 14 are exempt from this.

Children up to the age of 3 free of charge.

3. pets

Pets are not allowed in our apartments. We ask for their understanding!

4. included services

The price includes:

• fully equipped kitchen-living room, with enough dishes, stove with four burners, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, oven or microwave and extractor fan;

• Bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer;

• clothes horse;

• television with TV and SAT connection;

• anteroom for wardrobe;

• free Wlan;

• on request we will be happy to provide a crib and other children's equipment in the apartment;

• Towels, bed linen and the final cleaning are included in the price;

• best spring water with excellent drinking water quality;

• farm-owned herb garden;

• fresh milk from our own farm every day

• Bread service: fresh bread and sweets from the bakery (except on Sundays and holidays) - charging according to order;

• Bicycle rental;

• walking sticks;

• bread is baked in our own bread oven a few times a year;

• sufficient parking facilities (also covered parking);

6. terms of payment

REGISTRATION
We are happy to receive written reservations via e-mail. Your booking becomes binding upon payment of the deposit of 200 € per week (booking guarantee) and the sending of the booking confirmation.
Please indicate your name and the booking period as the reason for the transfer.

PAYMENT

Unfortunately, we can not accept EC or credit cards. You can also pay the remaining amount after arrival by bank transfer. Otherwise you can also pay in cash on site.

Since January 2016 it is no longer allowed to pay amounts of more than 1,999.99 euros with cash in Italy.

 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE CONDITIONS

Arrival: We expect your arrival from 14.00 o'clock. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment is only ready for occupancy from 14.00 clock. If you are late, we will be happy to hear from you. Departure: On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the apartment by 09:00 at the latest. Other times on request.

CANCELLATIONS

Up to 30 days before departure, the deposit will be retained as a handling fee. From 2 weeks before departure 50% of the total booking price will be charged.
